Alison Flack is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources systems and analytics. Currently serving as the Manager of HR Systems & Transactions at Taronga Conservation Society Australia since September 2021, Alison has previously held key roles including Senior Project Officer (HRIS) at Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta and P&C Advisor - Systems & Analytics at Evolution Mining. Alison’s background also includes significant positions at Goodman Fielder, Valspar Paint Services Pty Ltd, and Catholic Education Office Parramatta, where roles encompassed group management of health, safety, and employment systems, as well as teaching. Alison holds a Bachelor of Economic and Social Sciences from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Teaching from Western Sydney University.
