Silvia Tomic is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Tarkett since April 2013, Silvia oversees HR activities aligned with organizational strategies for the Group IT Center of Excellence and EMEA Accounting Shared Services. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager leading a team of seven, and HR Partner at Vip mobile, where strategic HR planning supported corporate goals. Additional experience encompasses positions as Human Resources Assistant at Neoplanta and HR Consultant at ORIS Creative Solutions Inc., where recruitment, training, and client relations were key responsibilities. Silvia holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management at the University of Novi Sad.
