Tim Kwong, PMP, serves as the Director of Application Development at Tarion since April 2022, overseeing various technologies including Salesforce and DevOps, and leading initiatives for the migration of legacy systems to cloud-based solutions. Previously, Tim held the position of Senior Manager of Application Development at Scotiabank from February 2013 to April 2022, managing critical financial systems and Agile teams, and successfully navigating transitions to Microsoft Azure. Earlier career experiences include roles as Senior Advisory Consultant at T&J Consulting Company, where project management in contact centre changes and mobile banking initiatives was key, and as a Consultant at Davidson Sykes & Associates focusing on telecommuting pilot projects. Tim holds a degree in Commerce, specializing in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University.
