Zac Moffatt is a co-founder of Targeted Victory, a comprehensive public affairs and digital marketing agency established in February 2009, focusing on political election success and global corporate solutions. Moffatt served as Digital Director for the Romney for President campaign from June 2011 to November 2012, leading a team of over 150 and managing a budget exceeding $100 million for the campaign's digital initiatives. Prior experience includes the role of Political Education Director at the Republican National Committee from January 2007 to June 2008, where oversight of extensive training programs was provided. Moffatt began career endeavors as field staff for Bloomberg for Mayor in 2001 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government, History from Stanford University, completed in 2002.
