Tad Rupp serves as a Partner and Director of Client Strategy at Targeted Victory, where responsibilities include working with Senate and Congressional clients on fundraising and online advertising since January 2013. Previous roles include Digital Events Director for Romney for President, Inc. in 2012, Legislative Director and Acting Chief of Staff for Congressman Dan Benishek from 2010 to 2012, and State Victory Director for the Delaware GOP in 2010. Additionally, Tad was Campaign Manager for Tim Burns for Congress in 2010, and held several positions in the office of Congresswoman Shelley Moore Capito from 2006 to 2010. Tad Rupp graduated from Allegheny College in 2006.
