Ryan Taylor is currently working as a Logistics Analyst at Targeted Approach LLC, where Ryan advocates and executes actions for the emerging capability, Condition Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+), and drafts Marine Corps policy regarding its implementation. Prior to this role, Ryan has gained experience in research, advocacy, education support, and analyses through positions at Missile Defense Advocacy Alliance, Missouri State University, U.S. House of Representatives, KETTLER, USAID - Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI), and Apex Systems. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Defense and Strategic Studies from Missouri State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Radford University.
