Matthew J. Ramsey serves as the President/CEO of Target Community & Educational Services, Inc. and holds the position of Laurence J. Adams Endowed Chair of Special Education at McDaniel College since July 2022. Concurrently, Matthew J. Ramsey has been with Benedictine College since June 2015, where responsibilities include serving as Assistant Dean of the College and Co-chair of the Education Department, along with teaching and research duties as a Professor. Previous roles include Assistant Professor at Benedictine College from 2007 to 2014, Principal at Gillis from 2005 to 2007, and Special Education Teacher at Atchison Public Schools from 2000 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Education Leadership and Policy Studies/Special Education from The University of Kansas, along with multiple master's and bachelor's degrees in related fields from Benedictine College and Emporia State University.
