James Fisher

James Fisher has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the technology and marketing industry. James began their career as a Programmer/Analyst at GKN Automotive in 1989. James then worked as a Sr. Programmer/Analyst at Marketing Force, Inc., where they supported applications for marketing and merchandising projects. From 1995 to 1996, they worked as a Sr. Programmer/Analyst at Value RX, Inc., where they performed data analysis and application development for processing prescription claims, reducing claim processing time by 25%.

In 1996, Fisher joined Visual Services, Inc. as a Programmer/Analyst and was later promoted to Development Manager. In this role, they performed project management duties for multiple client projects, including direct consumer marketing, CRM initiatives, web site development, and call center applications. James also launched B2C, B2B, and e-commerce websites and integrated inbound marketing data with backend client database systems.

From 2002 to 2010, Fisher worked at BBDO Detroit, Inc. as a Campaign Automation Manager and CRM Database Development Manager. In these roles, they led a team responsible for data aspects of executing and tracking direct marketing campaigns, reducing execution timelines and developing standardized templates. James also led a development team responsible for maintaining a prospect marketing database and associated applications, optimizing processing times and implementing standards.

In 2010, Fisher joined Directive, A Meredith Company as the Director of Systems and Operations before moving to Targetbase in 2011. At Targetbase, they held various roles including Information Manager, Director of Delivery, and Sr. Director of Technology. These roles involved managing delivery, technology, and information for the company.

James Fisher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Oakland University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990.
