Genine Weiss Balliet has a strong background in HR and business solutions. Genine began their career at Home Medical of America in 1994 as the SVP of Human Resources, where they stayed until 2000. In 2000, they joined Targetbase as the Chief Business Solutions & People Officer, a role they continue to hold. In the same year, they also took on the role of Senior Vice President - People Solutions at Targetbase (Omnicom), where they remained until 2011.

Genine Weiss Balliet completed a Graduate Certificate in the Graduate Executive Coaching Program at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Organizational Communications from The University of Texas at Austin, which they attended from 1981 to 1985. In addition to their formal education, Genine Weiss Balliet obtained an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in February 2021.
