Thomas Totoe, MBA, PMP, brings over 18 years of experience in engineering and supply chain management, currently serving as Director of Engineering, Automation at Target since June 2013. In this role, Thomas has been instrumental in executing supply chain optimization initiatives, managing project expenses, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions. Prior to Target, Thomas held various leadership positions at Innotec, focusing on operational improvement, quality management, and program management to enhance business growth and efficiency. Thomas holds an MBA with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Calvin University.
