Nikhil Sharma is an accomplished leader in insights and analytics with extensive experience in the retail and consumer sectors. Currently, Nikhil serves as the Senior Director of Insights & Analytics Leader at Roundel, Target’s retail media network, overseeing a global team to enhance media investment returns for leading brands. Prior to this role, Nikhil led the Consumer Analytics practice for NielsenIQ in North America, focusing on omni-channel growth strategies, and held various leadership positions at Nielsen, including Retail Sector Lead and Shopper Insights US Practice Lead. Earlier in Nikhil's career, management consulting experience was gained at A.T. Kearney and Booz & Company, as well as managerial roles at Citigroup. Nikhil holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.Eng. with Honors in Electronics from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
