Nick Hopkins is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Target since January 2023, overseeing dock-to-dock responsibilities in a large distribution center. Previously, as a Senior Operations Manager at HelloFresh from February 2021 to January 2023, Nick managed fulfillment operations within a state-of-the-art facility, implementing robotics and automation to handle over 200,000 customer orders weekly while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Nick's career at Amazon spanned several roles from June 2016 to January 2021, including Sr. Manager of Logistics Innovation and Finance Manager, where key contributions included spearheading the US Mobile Fueling program and managing costs for a high-capacity fulfillment center. Early career experience includes a role as a Supply Chain Consultant at Allegiant, where Nick developed an innovative recycling process for in-flight waste management. Nick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Supply Chain Management from Brigham Young University and furthered education at the University of Oxford.
