Kira Kirchberg, M.Ed, CSPO, currently serves as a Senior Business Partner in Learning & Development at Target, where responsibilities include implementing a standardized safety program and addressing training gaps through innovative eLearning solutions. Prior experience includes serving as a Scrum Master, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and planning processes. Kira has also worked as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities and taught Chemistry at Eden Prairie Senior High School for six years. Kira holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry Teacher Education and a Master of Education, both enhancing a strong foundation in education and training.
