Cambray Crozier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in responsible sourcing, sustainability, and communications. Currently serving as the Director of Responsible Sourcing & Sustainable Capabilities at Target, Cambray has previously held significant roles such as Senior Manager of Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability and Lead Enterprise Risk & Reputation Management Consultant. At the State of Minnesota, Cambray was the Director of Communications and Planning Division for Minnesota Information Technology Services (MNIT) and held the position of Director of Public Affairs and Communications (interim) at MNsure. Additional roles include Communications Manager in the Department of Human Services and Public Affairs at Weber Shandwick. An academic background includes a Master’s degree in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge and ongoing certification in Sustainability Essentials for Business from the same institution.
