BaoY Van Cong is a seasoned investment professional with significant experience in venture capital and investment banking. Currently a Partner and Investment Director at Target Global since December 2017, BaoY is involved in a wide range of investments from pre-seed to pre-IPO stages within a pan-European technology investment firm managing over €3 billion in assets. Additional roles include Investment Manager at Robovision and various board member positions across multiple companies, such as Flo Health Inc. and elopage GmbH. Prior to this, BaoY honed investment banking skills at Morgan Stanley, engaging in high-profile M&A advisory and valuation projects.
