Zara Faisal is an experienced project manager currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Target Energy Solutions since March 2024. In this role, Zara successfully implemented Agile methodologies, coordinated the development of a proprietary GPT model, led the planning of a recruiting platform launch, and supported the creation of a food ordering platform. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator at Zones, LLC, where Zara managed IT infrastructure and service delivery for over 30 clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and effectively communicating complex technical concepts. Zara also held roles at SapioX, Axonify, Full Grind Sports Management, and the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund, showcasing a strong background in project management and technical solutions development. Education includes a Master of Science in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, both from Bahria University.
