Tim Washbourn started their work experience in 2006 as an Assistant GM at Corney & Barrow. Tim then worked as a Bar Manager at The Narrow - Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in 2008. In 2009, they joined Your Network as a Senior Consultant and achieved Top Biller status within three months. From 2010 to 2011, Tim worked at Aurec, starting as a Recruitment Consultant and eventually becoming the Team Lead for IT Infrastructure Recruitment. Since 2011, they have been working at Tardis Group as the Director of IT.

Tim Washbourn completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Hospitality and Tourism Management from Sheffield Hallam University from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Brentwood County High from 1994 to 2001. In 2015, they pursued a field of study in People Leadership at the Australian Institute of Management, and the end year is unknown.
