Amit A. has over 11 years of work experience in the data operations and customer success field. Amit started their career in 2008 as a Research Assistant in Prof. Ittai Ben-Porath's research lab at the "Developmental Biology and Cancer Research" Department, Faculty of Medicine, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In 2009, Amit joined Signals Analytics as the VP SaaS Operations & Strategic Services. Amit was responsible for managing a high performing global department, creating a data-driven workflow, and translating company strategy into attainable goals and annual work plans. In the same year, they were promoted to VP Professional Services, where they were responsible for establishing the Professional Services department and overseeing the delivery of strategic insight reports. In 2011, Amit was promoted to VP Research Operations, where they served as a single point of contact for all major operation issues, escalations, and improvement plans. In 2013, they were promoted to Director, Life Sciences Research, where they established a team of research analysts and managed multiple projects of various sizes in parallel. Finally, in 2020, Amit joined Tarci as the Senior Vice President Data Operations and Customer Success. In this role, they are responsible for enabling companies to more effectively sell their products and services to SMBs globally.
Amit A. obtained a BSc. in Life Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2006 and 2009. Amit then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in BioMed MBA from The College of Management Academic Studies between 2010 and 2012. Amit also holds a CRA / GCP certification.
