Rishav Bhadani's work experience includes being a Technology Specialist at Tarang Software Technologies, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an AEM Consultant at Quess IT Staffing from March 2023 to May 2023. In 2022, they served as a System Engineer at Infosys, where they worked on the Infy Fit project, focusing on website development using AEM 6.5v. Rishav also gained experience as a Project Intern at Haldia Institute of Technology from December 2019 to March 2020 and as an Intern at Koderma Thermal Power Station in June 2019. In 2018, they were a Project Intern at Kshitij, IIT Kharagpur, where they participated in the IIT Kshitij competition and was involved in designing and constructing a remote-controlled airplane and car.

Rishav Bhadani completed their B.Tech degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology between the years 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended Grizzly Vidyalaya from 2014 to 2015, where they studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. In 2012-2013, they completed their Matriculation from PVSS DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL. Additionally, Rishav has obtained various certifications in different subjects. In October 2022, they received the "Infosys Certified Adobe Experience Manager Site Developer" certification from Infosys Limited. Rishav also completed a certification in "Learning MATLAB" from LinkedIn in May 2022. In the same month, they acquired a certification in "User Experience (UX) for Non-Designers" from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in April 2022, Rishav completed a certification in "Learning Local SEO" from LinkedIn.
