Yatish Patel is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Tarana Wireless, Inc. since June 2010, Yatish has also held roles as Manager of Systems Software, Senior Systems Engineer, and Systems Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Yatish was a Graduate Student at the University of California, Berkeley from August 2001 to May 2010, where a PhD in Computer Science was obtained. Yatish gained valuable experience as a Platforms Engineering Intern at Google in two separate stints during 2006 and 2007, and previously worked as a Hardware Engineer at Cisco from January to September 2001. Yatish holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, completed in 2001.
