Colin O'Neill has held various leadership roles in customer success and support throughout their career. Colin started as a Software Engineer at BAe SEMA in 1994. Colin then progressed to roles such as Technical Support Manager/Senior Software Engineer at CEON Corporation and Director of Global Support at Aon. Colin continued their career at Xirrus, where they served as Senior Director of Customer Support before becoming VP of Services. Colin later joined Riverbed Technology, where they held multiple VP roles, including VP Global Support Strategy & Operations, VP Global Technical Support, and VP Global Customer Success. Their most recent position is Vice President of Customer Success at Tarana Wireless, Inc.
Colin O'Neill earned a BSc in Software Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland, completing their studies from 1990 to 1994.
