Pavel Bukhmatov has a diverse and extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Pavel has worked in various roles, including Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, and Junior Software Engineer.

At Tarabut Gateway, starting in 2022, Pavel served as a Senior Software Engineer. Pavel led and successfully completed an 8-month migration project, dividing it into manageable pieces and creating a high-level design. Pavel also drove the adoption of the "you build it you own it mentality" in the team.

Prior to this, at Revolut from 2021 to 2022, Pavel worked as a Senior Software Engineer. Pavel played a crucial role in designing and implementing the direct connectivity integration with EBA for SEPA instant. Pavel also designed a payment tracking solution for improved user visibility.

In 2021, Pavel was a Java course author at Practicum by Yandex. Pavel created four complete pieces of the course, focusing on Strings, Collections, Algorithms and Data Structures, and Unit testing. The course targeted individuals with zero programming experience.

From 2020 to 2021, Pavel served as a Technical Lead at MTS Group. Pavel led backend development in the internal fintech startup NUUM and was responsible for hiring a team of four backend engineers. Pavel also created the initial system design for the entire system.

At OBOZ in 2019, Pavel was a Technical Lead, leading a team of five individuals in a logistics startup. Pavel took on the Lead role after the previous Lead and provided feedback on business ideas from a technical feasibility perspective.

From 2018 to 2019, Pavel worked as a Technical Lead at Neoflex. Pavel was involved in various projects, including designing a credit pipeline solution, implementing a trading terminal platform, and creating a Spring framework course for new joiners and junior colleagues.

In 2017, Pavel was a Software Engineer at SRG group of companies. Pavel designed and implemented a B2C solution for real estate valuations and presented demos to internal stakeholders.
