Yasuhiro Hashimoto, MD, currently serves as Executive Advisor to the Board at the National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center and as President at TaqTik Health Inc. Yasuhiro has extensive experience in the biotechnology sector, having founded MediBIC Group, where leadership resulted in the company’s IPO on the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2003. Additionally, Yasuhiro held roles such as Vice Chairman of the Japan PharmacoGenomics Association and Co-Founder of Cheer Women For Breast Cancer Patients. Academic contributions include various visiting and adjunct professor positions at prestigious universities, as well as significant leadership roles at Glaxo Wellcome and other research organizations. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from Osaka University and postdoctoral fellowship in Immunology research for cancer at Harvard Medical School.
