Tom Gibson currently serves as a Senior Operations Technician and CRT at TAQA on the Harding Platform in the North Sea, a position held since May 2014. Gibson's extensive knowledge and experience across all platform areas stems from working in small teams. Prior roles at TAQA include Instrument Technician, after completing an apprenticeship that provided foundational skills and responsibilities in a similar capacity. Gibson initially gained hands-on experience as a Trainee Instrument Technician, where familiarity with Risk Assessments and work permits was developed. Before joining TAQA, time was spent as a Trainee Instrument Technician at OPITO and as a Linen Porter at Hotel Indigo. Education was completed at Greenwood Academy from 2006 to 2012.
