Pramod Rathi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and asset management within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Manager - Business Development at TAQA Group since July 2020, Pramod previously held the position of Manager - Asset Management (New Investments) at Abu Dhabi Power Corporation, where notable achievements included closing a 2400 MW CCGT IPP and leading the development of the Al Dhafra Solar PV project. Earlier roles at Synergy Consulting involved significant project lead responsibilities, including bid and financial advisory for major initiatives in Saudi Arabia and Morocco. Pramod's earlier career includes technical roles at KBR and a research internship at TU Dresden, complemented by an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
