Jozsef Blasko has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Jozsef began their career in 2000 at British American Tobacco, where they held various roles in human resources management, including Regional Director for Western Europe and Asia-Pacific Regions. During their time at the company, they also served as the HR Director for Russia and managed HR operations in Central and Southern European markets.
Blasko then joined The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2012, working in the Executive Education department for a year. Following this, they joined The Coca-Cola Company in 2013 and held several roles, including Human Resources Director for the Russia, Ukraine, Belarus Business Unit, and the Central & Eastern Europe Business Unit. In these roles, they focused on rebuilding HR functions, implementing talent management programs, and driving culture change initiatives.
In 2019, Blasko joined Abu Dhabi Power Corporation as Director of Talent Management before moving to TAQA Group in 2020. At TAQA Group, they served as Talent Management Director and HR Business Partner for Transmission & Distribution before being promoted to Vice President - Talent Management in 2021. Their responsibilities at TAQA Group include overseeing talent management strategies and initiatives.
Throughout their career, Blasko has demonstrated expertise in talent management, HR strategy development, and leading organizational change.
