Grace Cameron Assoc CIPD is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in training and competence management within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at TAQA Group since September 2013, Grace oversees technical training and competence requirements for multiple North Sea assets and acts as the company focal point for the OGTAP Apprentice Scheme. Prior to this role, positions included Senior Training and Competence Coordinator and Training Coordinator at Wood Group PSN, Odfjell Drilling, Rowan Companies, Inc., and Petrofac Training Services. Grace holds a PGDip in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University and a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Aberdeen.
