Shivachi Muleji is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development and operations across various companies in Africa. Currently serving as Head of East Africa at Taptap Send since March 2021, Shivachi has focused on expansion and managing payout partners. Prior to this, Shivachi held roles at Swvl as General Manager, overseeing growth and P&L management, and at Bolt as Regional General Manager, where responsibilities included strategy and team management for the East African region. Additionally, Shivachi worked as Regional Supply Lead at Bolt, Project Manager at Dynamo Advisors, and held positions at Uber and Kantar Millward Brown, contributing to operational strategies and client management in the tech and consumer insight sectors.
