Josip Gucanac has extensive experience in the Human Capital Management sector, serving as Principal Managing Partner at Taproot Recruiting Solutions, Inc. since its founding in January 2011. With a foundational principle of matching candidates to suitable job opportunities, Josip brings over 50 years of industry insight. In addition to this role, Josip is a Founding Partner at Mobjack Bay Coffee Roasters LLC, which focuses on ethically sourced coffee, and at E3 Collaborative, promoting business alliances dedicated to the health of the Chesapeake Bay. Prior to these ventures, Josip held various leadership positions at TEKsystems, including Director of Business Operations and Business Development Manager. Josip holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Kenyon College and has completed further educational programs through Allegis Group and other institutions.
