Mingmo Lee has extensive experience in software quality assurance, currently serving as a Software QA Engineer II and Software QA Consultant at tapQA since August 2013. In this role, Mingmo tests developing software for various companies in the Twin Cities Metro area, ensuring adherence to business requirements and identifying defects. Prior experience includes a position as a Help Desk Technician at Regis Corporation, where Mingmo provided support for salon stylists during a new POS system rollout, and a role as a Senior Banking Sales Representative at TCF Bank, focusing on customer engagement and transaction handling. Mingmo began their career as a Sandwich Creator at Bun Mi and holds two Bachelor degrees in Human Physiology from the University of Minnesota, earned between 2006 and 2010.
