Kenia Ortiz Cisneros is a structural engineer with extensive experience in project management and construction oversight. Currently employed at TAPP, inc. since May 2023, Kenia specializes in the structural design of steel poles for high-voltage transmission lines and public lighting. Previously, at INDE México from March 2022 to May 2023, Kenia focused on project control, including weekly progress reporting and financial management. As a site resident at Urbanissa from July 2021 to January 2022, Kenia managed project execution and personnel administration while ensuring quality and compliance. Between April 2019 and July 2021, Kenia served as a project administrator at Tierra y Armonía, overseeing work progress and contract estimates. Kenia began the professional journey as a budget assistant at Dynámica from October 2018 to April 2019, managing change orders and budget updates. Kenia holds a degree from Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas, earned between 2013 and 2018.
