Tal Meser is an experienced entrepreneur, currently serving as the CEO of Tapi since January 2016, where the company simplifies the management of maintenance issues through an innovative online platform for tenants, landlords, and property managers. Prior to Tapi, Tal was the CEO of HydroWeb from September 2014 to January 2017, specializing in website and app development. Tal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Operations Research from Victoria University of Wellington and the University of Canterbury, completing studies in 2013 and 2012, respectively.
