Donna Leatherman serves as the Senior Director of Project Management at TAPFIN-ManpowerGroup Solutions since June 2004, overseeing a team responsible for managing all TAPFIN implementations and occasionally directly implementing new MSP programs. Previous roles include Director of Project Management and Senior Manager of Project Management within the same company, where responsibilities encompassed deployment of Vendor Management Services (VMS) programs and continuous improvement of related methodologies. Donna's prior experience includes positions such as Account Executive at J. Smith Lanier, Sales Representative for Polk Directories, and various management roles in staffing and credit at Spherion Corporation, among others. Training and development expertise is complemented by a solid foundation in sales, account management, and operational leadership. Donna attended Citrus College from 1980 to 1982.
