Michael Lambert has extensive work experience in the software development industry. Michael is currently the Head of Engineering at Tapendium, where they oversee the engineering department. Michael is also a Co-Creator at The Mindful CIO | Community, where they contribute to the development of the community. In addition, they are a Mentor at Code Mentoring, where they assist entry-level and junior developers in improving their coding skills and problem-solving abilities. Previously, they worked as an Engineering Manager at EstimateOne, where they were responsible for the team's delivery and management. Michael also served as the Lead Developer at Vault IQ, where they managed a team of developers and implemented various technical improvements. Prior to that, they were a Senior PHP Developer at MessageMedia, where they demonstrated exceptional coding skills and provided guidance to less experienced developers. Michael has also been involved in various committee roles at organizations such as Austin 7 Club Inc. and Plan of Subdivision No. 645199A. Additionally, they have a seasonal role as a Probationary Brigade Member at the Country Fire Authority (CFA). Michael has a strong background in PHP, NodeJs, HTML, and React development and a passion for experimenting with side projects.
Michael Lambert completed their high school education by obtaining a High School Diploma from Pembroke School in 1994. Prior to that, they attended Marryatville High School from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, Michael has obtained several certifications, including various Bronze Certificates from Motorsport Australia and certifications from the Country Fire Authority (CFA). Michael has also participated in the Mindful CIO community as a guest speaker and contributor.
