Stephanie Parker has extensive experience in customer success and account management. Stephanie began their career in 2012 as a Sales Representative at Tory Burch. In 2014, they joined NatureBox as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Account Manager, then Senior Account Manager, and finally Manager, Customer Success. In 2020, they worked at WellSet as a Virtual Education Studio + CS. In 2021, they joined PatientPop Inc. as a Customer Success Associate, then was promoted to Customer Success Manager, Team Lead, Customer Success, and finally Manager, Account Management. Stephanie most recently joined Tapcart in 2023 as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Stephanie Parker holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from San Jose State University. Stephanie also studied International Public Relations while studying abroad in Paris, France. Prior to this, Stephanie earned their High School Diploma from St. Mary's High School in Stockton, CA. In addition, Stephanie has obtained certifications from the American Red Cross in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED, obtained in July 2019, and a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification from Yoga Alliance, obtained in March 2019.
