Olli Ensola is an experienced producer currently working at TAPAUS, part of LIWLIG, since October 2024, and has been self-employed through Ensola Production since April 2016. Previous roles include Event Manager at Factor Nova from September 2021 to October 2024, and various freelance positions at Mr Green - Part of William Hill and ComeOn Group between June 2017 and June 2022. Olli's career began at Stadium as a salesperson from September 2013 to April 2016, followed by experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Jurassic Rock and as a Marketing Assistant at Xamk - South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences. An internship at Playground Music Oy in early 2013 and an Event Assistant role at the City of Kotka in 2012 further enriched the professional background. Educationally, Olli holds a Master's degree in Cultural Management from Humak University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Production and Management from Mikkeli University of Applied Sciences.
