Sergio Reyes has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as a Process Engineering Manager at Russell Corporation/Fruit of the Loom. Sergio then served as the Country Process Improvement Manager for Hanesbrands Inc. in Honduras in 2008. In 2010, they joined Tantus Technologies, Inc. as a QA Manager/Process Improvement Analyst. Sergio later became the Regional Engineering Manager at Anvil Knitwear in 2011 before transitioning to the role of Manager of R&D at Gildan in 2013. Currently, since 2014, Sergio is working at Tantus Technologies, Inc. as a Program Manager/Process Improvement Board Chairman.

Sergio Reyes earned their Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana.
