Varsha Bhimireddy is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in aerospace, manufacturing, and project management. As Manufacturing Engineering Lead at Tantalus Systems since May 2022, Varsha oversees production processes and optimization efforts. Previous roles include Technical Project Engineer at MKS Instruments and Photon Control Inc., where Varsha managed custom solutions projects and ensured quality in New Product Introduction initiatives. Prior experience at LISI AEROSPACE involved leading teams and implementing cost reduction strategies through Lean methodologies. Varsha holds a Master's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
