Nedal Elhelw is a Firmware Engineer at Tantalus Systems since November 2017, where responsibilities include designing and coding AES256 for TI DSP and implementing OTAP for base stations, as well as developing a bootloader for a new ASIC product. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Firmware Engineer at Network Intelligence Inc., developing firmware for SSD systems, and working as a Software Engineer at Radisys Corporation, where data transfer optimizations and codec enhancements were accomplished. Earlier roles include positions at Memotec, Axiocom, Visatar, and Centraxx, focusing on multi-core control, protocol design, and algorithm implementation in various telecommunication and DSP applications. Nedal Elhelw holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from INRS and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Engineering from Alexandria University.
