Erin Townsend Lee serves as the Contracts Manager at Tantalus Systems since November 2013, specializing in Smart Grid solutions for utilities. With extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution as an NCDRC Certified Superior Court Mediator from January 2011 to December 2018, Erin also volunteered as a Lead Mediator for state employment-related grievances. Previous roles include being a Certified Paralegal, Rulemaking Coordinator, and Chief Records Officer at the North Carolina Department of Labor from March 2005 to November 2013, and various positions in law firms and as a legal assistant. Erin’s foundational skills were developed during service in the US Navy from 1993 to 1996. Erin holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Mount Olive, along with multiple certificates and degrees in relevant fields.
