Till Wiechmann has a diverse work experience across various industries. Till is currently serving as the Co-Founder & CEO of Tanso, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Picus Capital as a Pre-Seed Investment associate from April to December 2020. Till also worked at Arvantis Group, where they were involved in the development of renewable energy projects from March to October 2019. In 2018, Till worked at Innovationsmanagement Bau GmbH as a Product Development specialist and at Project A Ventures as a Venture Development Intern. Till also interned at McKinsey & Company as a Fellow Intern and at Bertelsmann Education Group in the Group Development and M&A department in 2018 and 2017, respectively. Till began their career as a Founder's Associate Intern at Gogoprint in 2016. Till also gained experience in management consulting at Perlitz Strategy Group GmbH & Co. KG, where they worked as a working student and intern from 2015 to 2016. Furthermore, they served as a Fundraising and Partner Management associate at Schüler Helfen Leben e.V. from July 2013 to August 2014.

Till Wiechmann's education history includes studying Technology Management at the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM). Till also pursued a Master of Science degree in Management & Technology (Entrepreneurship and Computer Science) from the Technical University of Munich. Additionally, Till completed a graduate exchange program in Finance and Business Intelligence at the Nova School of Business and Economics. Till holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. Prior to that, Till participated in an undergraduate exchange program at Chulalongkorn University, where they studied Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
