Eric Sevatson is the owner of ESS Ventures, LLC, established in July 2006 to provide sales representation and consulting services in the food processing equipment sector worldwide. Since September 2014, Eric has served as a Trusted Expert in Processing of Grains and Grain-Based Foods with TrustedPeer®, which offers innovative web-based consulting solutions. Additional roles include sales positions at TANIS Milling Technologies and serving as Regional Sales Manager for safesteril.etia-group.com since January 2019. Eric's prior experience includes ownership of usc, llc, food technologist roles at Wenger Mfg Inc, Kellogg Company, and Quaker Oats, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Grain Science from Kansas State University, completed in 1980.
