T.J. Hoke III, PMP has over twenty years of professional experience in engineering and systems engineering. Theodore (T.J.) began their career in 1999 as a Product Engineer at Delphi Automotive Systems. Two years later, they moved to Ward Engineering as a Mechanical Engineer, where they designed and developed projects for medical application. In 2004, they became a Mechanical Engineer at Barco. In 2010, they joined The Rehancement Group as a Systems Engineer, specializing in the development of Modeling and Simulation systems for the war-fighter. In 2014, they began working for the USAF as a Systems Engineer. In 2017, they moved to The Perduco Group as a Systems Engineer. Most recently, in 2020, they became a City Council Member at City of Bellbrook. Theodore (T.J.) currently works as a System Engineer at Tangram Flex.
Theodore (T.J.) Hoke III began their education in 1994 at The Ohio State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1999. In 2005, they continued their education at the University of Dayton, graduating with a Master of Business Administration in 2008. In 2019, they completed a Certificate in Systems Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology-Graduate School of Engineering & Management. Additionally, they have obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
