Paul Shershnev has 7 years of work experience. From 2019 to present, they have been the Founder & CEO of Tango Vision. From 2018 to present, they have been a Fellow of the Startup Leadership Program. From 2015 to 2014, they were the Co-founder / CTO of TripWeCan and CTO of City Smartphone. In 2014, they were the Mobile app PM of EasyPay Indonesia. From 2012 to 2014, they were the CTO of Innova Holding LLC. From 2006 to 2012, they were a Technical Analyst at Citi, where they deployed and supported Cisco routers and switches, HP and IBM servers as well as hundreds of client PCs, and took care of incident and change management (ITIL).

Paul Shershnev's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Management Information Systems) from University of Nicosia, obtained between 1999 and 2003. Paul also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from University of Indianapolis in 2003. Prior to this, Paul obtained O-Levels from Falcon School between 1997 and 1999, with a field of study in Economics, English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Human biology, and Computing. In addition, Paul has obtained various certifications from Kauffman Fellows, Lynda.com, Code School, Pluralsight, and Code School.
