Torrance Houlihan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Torrance started their career at Accenture in 1992 as a Senior Consultant. After that, they joined Renaissance Worldwide in 1997 as a Manager. In 1999, they transitioned to AgilQuest and held the position of Vice President. Currently, they serve as AgilQuest's Chief Experience Officer, responsible for overseeing customer interaction and driving organizational mobility. Moreover, they recently joined Tango as the Vice President of Customer Success in 2022. Throughout their career, Torrance has accumulated over 25 years of experience in helping organizations achieve real estate benefits through mobility.

Torrance Houlihan obtained an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 1988 to 1992. Torrance completed their high school education at Saint John's High School from 1984 to 1988.
