Karthic G. has a solid work experience in various roles and positions. Karthic started their career at iNautix Technologies in 2004 as an Application Developer, where they worked on J2EE architecture and was involved in development, maintenance, and product support. In 2006, they joined Accenture Services Pvt Ltd as a Senior Programmer, gaining exposure to cutting-edge J2EE technologies used in the market.

In 2007, Karthic joined BearingPoint as a Consultant, before transitioning to Tango Management Consulting in 2008. At Tango, they served as a Senior Consultant, specializing in retail store development and operations. Karthic assisted retail clients in areas such as research and analysis, real estate, design, construction, facilities, and lease administration. Karthic was promoted to the position of Manager in 2011, where they continued to excel in their role.

In 2014, Karthic moved to Tango, a different division of the same company, and took on the role of Senior Manager. Karthic later became the Director of Client Services and Business Development, responsible for overseeing client relationships and driving business growth. In 2021, they were further promoted to Vice President of Services and Operations, before assuming their current position as Vice President - Service Delivery and Operations in 2022.

Karthic G. holds an MBA in Strategic Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, which was earned from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in Electronics & Communications, at PSG College of Technology from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Karthic obtained a High School Certificate (HSC) from SBOA in 2000. Karthic has also earned a certification in "Writing with Flair: How to Become an Exceptional Writer" from LinkedIn, attained in August 2020.
