Mathieu LaPlante is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and fraud investigation. Since August 2019, Mathieu has served as a Bilingual Fraud Analyst at Tangerine, previously holding roles as a Customer Relationship Specialist and Eservices Specialist. Prior to this, Mathieu worked at Concentrix from August 2016 to August 2019 as a Fraud Investigator and Customer Advocate Coach. Mathieu's career also includes positions as a Media Monitor at Cision from June 2004 to August 2016 and as an Assistant Manager/Supervisor at Greco Restaurants from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, Mathieu contributed as a Translator for the Moncton Wildcats Hockey Club and hosted a radio show at CKUM-FM between 1997 and 1999. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Université de Moncton, earned between 1994 and 1999.
