Kejdi Pema has over a decade of experience in project management and customer success, currently serving as a PM/CSM at Surge Software since October 2016. Prior roles include Project Manager at Flybits from July 2014 to September 2016, and Enterprise Account Executive & Business Analyst at ObjectSharp Consulting from September 2010 to August 2014. Additionally, Kejdi held the position of Senior Solutions Executive at Acend Corporate Learning from July 2008 to August 2010, and worked as IT/Tech support at CB Richard Ellis Canada in 2007-2008. Educational qualifications include a degree in Enterprise Architecture & Infrastructure Management from Ryerson University (2012-2014) and an Honors BSc in Computer Studies and Economics from Trent University (2002-2006).
