Thomas Willis has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Thomas currently holds the position of Operations Director at Tanger Outlets since May 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at Perdido Realty from December 2020 to May 2021.

From 2014 to 2020, Thomas worked at Meyer Vacation Rentals, where they held two roles. Thomas served as the Director of Field Operations from March 2019 to October 2020, overseeing the achievement of strategic goals and managing a team responsible for numerous reservations and seasonal employees. Before that, they were the Director of Guest Services from October 2014 to March 2019.

Thomas'searly work experience includes seven years at Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. Starting as an Intern/Associate Assistant General Manager from June to December 2008, Thomas eventually became an Assistant General Manager.
