Nilofer Shaikh is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at Tangentia since December 2021, after progressing from a Junior HR Associate role. Prior experience includes serving as an H&M Administrator at M. H. Alshaya Co. and as an HR Administrative Assistant at Carlease Rent a Car. Nilofer began a career in HR with an internship at Big Bazaar - Future Retail and has also gained experience as a Media Coordinator with Anka Services. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Finance from Goa University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from S S Dempo College of Commerce and Economics. Nilofer’s foundational education includes completing SSC and HSSC from local high schools.
